All sessions take place in my home, my new fully equipped private gym or my Comprehensive Pilates studio in SW London. I can also offer home visits if required. I am fully qualified and professionally insured.

One To One
An individual session 100% dedicated to specific needs with precision focus. Can be one discipline dominant or a customised blend.
Two To One
Suitable for two friends who have similar requirements whilst maintaining the benefits of bespoke training.
Classes
For those who enjoy the camaraderie of working with others but still with attention to detail. Maximum six participants enables personal attention.
