Everyone should be able to move and feel invigorated without fear of pain and injury. Movement should be fun, and increase our sense of well being.

Career Timeline
1988
I trained as an exercise to music instructor and taught numerous classes around London. I then took up Martial Arts as an alternative to a childhood love of gymnastics.
I also trained to teach weightlifting and power lifting with British Amateur Weightlifting Association.
Mid 1990’s
I began teaching instructors and internationally presenting from Australia to Middle East to USA. I was one of the first Brits to present at the IDEA conference in the US.
I further qualified in specific population exercise including older adults and children.
Late 1990’s
I made many workout videos for instructors and public including WH Smith’s Fit for all Seasons. Took up presenting role in TVs Body Heat. Studied Sports Psychology.
2000’s
I trained as a Yoga Teacher whilst living in an Ashram and went on to study Neuro Linguistic Programming and Applied Kinesiology.
I ran a Gym in Chelsea working with many high profile celebrities.
2010’s
I trained as a comprehensive Pilates teacher (utilising The Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrel amongst others) and became an advocate whilst consolidating a variety of techniques to truly offer a bespoke and comprehensive approach.
I also trained to teach Aerial Yoga and can be found hanging upside down at every opportunity!
2020’s
I am currently working towards becoming a nutrition Coach whilst dedicating any spare moments to ongoing development.
