I run several classes each term with a grounding in Pilates and other techniques.

Classes are £15 and run at the following times. They operate as a block booking for the course, which lasts approximately 8-12 weeks, with breaks for half terms and holidays. In the event of needing to miss a class I will send through a video to follow at home. Please make payment prior to the course starting. If the class you’d like to attend is unavailable please message me.
